ALAN BARTON

Today marks the twentieth anniversary since the death of Alan Barton.
I was in the mini bus that fateful day, and the memory will stay with me forever.

I will always remember what a nice man Alan was, and I was lucky enough to share a friendship with him outside of music. As always, we acknowledege what a huge contribution Alan made in his short time with Smokie.

    I never met Alan but I've done a few gigs with Alan Silson who was also in the Mini Bus. He told me what a lovely guy Alan was and how devastated they all were when he died😕He'll always be missed so may he R.I.P.........
